For bookings made from May 2022 onwards, our cancellation policy is as follows:

We ask that you pay 25% non-refundable deposit on booking and the 75% balance, also non-refundable, 28 days before your stay.

If you need to cancel - and sometimes it happens - we will try our utmost to rebook, and issue a partial refund once the date of the stay has passed.  

Should last-minute government regulations impose a forced closure on The Green Lodge Aviemore, you will receive a 100% refund immediately. If something similarly major affects your ability to travel, please get in touch and we'll do our best to work out something fair.

We recommend that you take out travel insurance.

If you have already booked your stay for 2022, the cancellation policy in place at the time of booking will apply - this can be found in your booking agreement.
